Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Houston

The food at this restaurant is amazing, but everything else is terrible. Despite the delicious food, I wouldn't recommend going through the drive-thru as they consistently get the orders wrong. They often forget one side dish, give bone-in instead of boneless, serve mild instead of spicy, and overlook adding one side dish. The staff, who are mostly young and untrained, seem to be the root of the problem. This seems to be a business issue that needs to be addressed.

The table service was quick, but it took more than 45 minutes to receive our food. It was not anything out of the ordinary, so I'm not sure why there was a delay. The waiter apologized for the wait. The restaurant was not busy.

The staff could be friendlier. The female staff members were good, but the male staff members were not very friendly. One worker did not let me come in on a certain day, but another worker who did let me in provided good service.

Decided to stop this popeyes past Tuesday, which was a mistake due to the long line I thought I would be there all day, but the manager aby was awesome and took from all quite fast. I give her and her team 5 stars for the ability to overcome all our needs quickly in the drive thru
