Feedback gevenThe last couple of stations in the food are gone, they are on a regular basis. my eating was cold and the orders are incomplete. this use to be one of the better popeye, but the saving and quality is pushed. I spent $30 today for a command that was cold, huh and pommes. 8 pieces with some of the smallest drumsticks I have ever seen, small wings and 2 decent chest to feed 4 people. the maschedpatatoes was a medaille instead of large and no biscuits with order. they had to calm down for pommes because they were back out of something, no mac and cheese. it was a waste of $30 and didn't even feed my family.
If I could post negative stars I would. Absolutely horrible service , took half hour for my food to ne brought outside then it was practically thrown at me in my car. Nothing but punks working there that didn't care about customers just playing in theyer phones.
I arrived a 9:15. p.m. waited in a line where I ordered at 9:40p.m. Order was a #3 White, Spicy with Red Beans and rice. Drink was a coke light ice. I pay and check the box before I pulled off. Over cooked chicken with a breast with more crust and a little meat. I told the young guy (mgr) he acts as if he fixing the problem. Hands me back the box telling me about he gave me an extra wing. Never once stating he has no breast. I received my drink and side earlier. I apologize for making a fuss but I patiently waited in line. When I got home I realized he had given me a thigh (in which I requested White meat). The young people need to learn what quality and quantity is. Treat a customer how you would like to be treated. Verbalize we don't have and I could have took my business elsewhere. No one likes to get messed over with their hard earned money. Do better.
Drive through sucks! They make you wait like five minutes or more to take your order. They do it to each driver. The only reason I stay is because my wife wanted chicken.i told the wife it's the last time I will buy food for here. Don't even deserve one star!!!
