Feedback gevenThe food server (a young Latino man with long curly hair) needs training on how to handle food properly. We found fingernails in our seafood pizza, which was very concerning!
They didn’t use an OpenTable reservation system, which caused some issues. I had to wait for 30 minutes.
The lobster bisque seemed overly thickened with flour, and I didn't enjoy it at all.
It was terrible. Like awful. We did not stay. The place was a complete s show. The hostesses were paralyzed, customers were complaining they hadn’t seen a waiter in an hour. It was beyond bad. Dirty tables everywhere. After waiting almost 30 minutes for our “priority seating” we left. Stay far away.
Terrible experience, won’t be returning. Our bartender/server was nice but didn’t tell us they were out of lobster and made substitutes to our meals without asking or telling us until after our dinner was served (50+minutes after ordering).
