Rico Sabor Cubano - Houston

I spent some time in Houston after living my entire life in Miami and being born in Cuba. It's often challenging to find authentic food from my home country in Houston, but Rico Sabor Cubano Restaurant truly brings back the flavors of home. The restaurant is very clean, the cook and server are incredibly friendly, and the food is delicious with generous portions. This is definitely the place to experience genuine Cuban cuisine.

I always love visiting this restaurant; it’s consistently clean and well-kept. The food is fantastic, and the service is friendly and inviting. It’s run by a female entrepreneur, and the lemonade is freshly made to order!

The food was fantastic, and I definitely plan to return. The service was quick, especially considering there was only one person cooking! The waitress we encountered (I think she might be the only one) was a bit overwhelming, but the excellent food made up for it. The prices were very reasonable given the portion sizes.

I'll be honest, I didn't try a lot of her menu. It is said that I will give up my review at my two visits. The 2 ladies behind the counter are very friendly and friendly. The Cuban sandwich was very delicious as the fresh Guanábana juice they prepared. I definitely do this for lunch.
