Rosalie Italian Soul - Houston

Rosalie is situated within the C. Baldwin hotel, and it was enjoyable to explore its lovely interior. The atmosphere at Rosalie was truly delightful. The arancini stood out as the star of the meal. The pizza was great as well, but I found the spinach and ricotta manicotti to be somewhat disappointing given the price. Additionally, the service could have been more vibrant. Overall, I would return for the pizza, arancini, and the inviting ambiance. It's worth mentioning that the hotel offers valet parking.

The food was fantastic! I tried the doughboys, arancini, and rigatoni, and my friends enjoyed the same dishes or the blue crab manicotti. Everything was absolutely delicious! The hosts and waitstaff were outstanding and well-informed about the menu, providing excellent recommendations. The drinks were also very enjoyable! I will definitely be returning!

I visited this restaurant with my daughter for brunch on March 20, 2022. The atmosphere was lovely. I had the Italian bread pudding toast, and it was absolutely perfect! My daughter ordered the fried chicken sandwich, but she found it rather bland, even though it had a lot of breading. She couldn't finish it and ended up munching on my toast instead. The Arancini balls were quite tasty, and the coffee was good as well, although I had to ask someone for a refill. Would I return? Definitely! There are also several locations in the hotel great for taking selfies, and they offer valet parking.

Checked in to The Baldwin on Valentine's weekend and wanted dinner but no reservations (highly suggest checking on that first! . The hostesses said we could get in if we could eat and leave in an hour...by 6:20! The restaurant decorations are interesting and fun, not your typical Italian look. We had the meatball appetizer (not as good as everyone made them out to be but ok. They didn't serve any bread or light snack and we waited quite awhile for our meal. The wild

This place is beautiful and very clean. Overall, I had a great experience. We ordered Arancini as appetizers and we were fascinated and delighted by its flavor. The only thing that I would not recommend is the Raviolis. I am raviolis fan but these ones were very oily and I didn?t like the flavor. The pizza and wine were delicious I would say 10/10. Good choice !!
