Feedback gevenI had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered two drinks and two croissants, hoping to redeem one of the drinks. However, they only prepared one drink and two croissants without informing me that they had only made one drink. After waiting for 20 minutes, they informed me that there were no more drinks available for my order and asked me to place a new order for the second drink. When I did so, I realized they hadn't applied my redemption. I asked them to redeem my drink, but they claimed they had already used it for a butter croissant, which I never requested. To top it off, the barista's attitude was quite unpleasant. I will not be returning—this was the worst service I have ever encountered.
At first there was only two people working in front. And they where busy but trying to make it happen. Than two more came out and one of them kept going to the back. The other was just rude. Spilling milk on the floor. Throwing the spoon for the chocolate chips. She just has a serious attitude problem. I've been to this location and she seems to always have a bad attitude.
It’s been nearly a year since my last visit to this location, and I've noticed some changes. In the past, I always received excellent service, with friendly staff members. However, during my recent visit around 1 PM, the barista seemed quite inconvenienced when I approached the counter. I placed a simple order for a small coffee and handed her my payment. Instead of preparing my coffee right away, she began closing out her register, removing the drawer, and chatting with the barista at the drive-thru. I ended up waiting over five minutes before finally receiving my drink, and she just set it in front of me without a word of thanks. Another change is that you now have to ask for sugar and cream, and she didn’t seem pleased when I returned to the counter to request them. Given these experiences and similar feedback from other reviews, I think I’ll choose to skip this location in the future.

While it added a unique element to the atmosphere, it also created a distraction that disrupted the calm environment one would typically associate with a coffee shop visit.In summary, the exceptional service provided by the Starbucks staff shone through, despite the cleanliness quirks and the surprising lobby entertainment. Paying closer attention to cleanliness and ensuring a more peaceful environment would greatly enhance the overall experience. With these adjustments, this Starbucks has the potential to offer a consistently delightful visit for customers.
There's one employee at this restaurant who is consistently rude. During my visit, she seemed completely distracted while I was trying to place my order—she never made eye contact, kept looking away, and even asked me to repeat my order twice for just one drink. When I finally received my drink, it was incorrect. I politely asked if I could get some milk to add to it, and she sneered at me, saying that I was supposed to request that when I placed my order. In fact, I had done just that.
