Starbucks - Houston

This is a tough review for me because this location does have a great staff. They are always kind and attentive and the manager is great. But the wait… the wait is like no other location I have ever been to. The drive thru line is a minimum of 40 minutes almost every time. I don’t understand why it takes so incredibly long no matter how many cars are in line. If there was any way to expedite this line, this would be a great location.

The drive-thru service at this restaurant is extremely slow. Despite there only being one other person ahead of me in line, it took a long time for them to take my order. Even after I reached the window, the person in front of me was still waiting for their order. It took a total of 25 minutes for them to receive just one drink. Unfortunately, this slow service seems to be a regular issue at this location.

Maggie is a super barista! Service is excellent! Love this location! Always clean and bright. Appreciate the extra effort.

My wife and I love Starbucks, this particular location though needs to do something about the drive through as concrete extends too far from the window thus causes a lot of damaged wheels.
