Excellent taste with a unique chewing gum to the handmade noodles! large bowl for the price, not to mention the sides that come with it. I guess I'll be a frequent visitor. Best Chinatown Restaurant can be found this year!
Fresh hand pulled noodles made to order! It was really good!
A few choices of noodles. I'm ordering the fried beef tenderloin with a noodle. The vegetables are fresh and crispy, because my husband is ordered Sichuan DanDan noodle and beef delicately chilli sauce. We don't wait too long for our food. My part is really huge. The noodle is really good. The aromas of our noodles broth are very tasty and savory, although bit salty (for my opinion). The dining area is clean. And we could see the person who made the noodle. Anyway, we'll be back.
The beef soup was great. I love the fact they make the noodles right there, which you can see thru their big window into the kitchen. Super fun to watch! Now I 'm not super into cilantro, in my case was just over powering for me. So I know to ask them, no cilantro, please. NOW the big upsetting part. I wanted the skewered meat and mushrooms. Which the hosted said, NO we don 't have those. Why do you have it in your menu?
