Taco Bell - Houston

My experience was okay. But when it came to using the restroom in which is open by roomote. I had to ask 5 times for them to open the restroom door. Maybe their was a bad signal or the remote wasn't working well. But I honestly think it's the most foolish idea that the works have to operate the restroom doors with a remote control and the customer has to request them to press the button. It's a pointless hassle for both the customers and employees.

The employee that helped us my daughter and myself was awesome she seemed like she liked helping customers with good customer service experience

Best Taco Bell I have been to, and I've been to a lot of them. Typically, there is pretty much no line in the drive thru at lunch time, likely because they are highly efficient. I come in here weekly and every time they have my order out within seconds, hand my card to them as I get my drink, put my straw in my drink and turn around to them handing me my card and my food. Absolutely incredible experience every time I've been. Keep up the great work at this location!

Great Drive Through experience! Cheery laid back window guy who collected pmt and delivered pkg of food.

Probably not their fault...I just don't seem to like any cheaper (Not that fast food IS much cheaper than anywhere else anymore... fast food anymore. I customized my order, they got everything right. If you like Taco Bell food, this one WILL get your order right.
