Taco Bell - Houston

This is probably the BEST TB of Houston. I go here way more often than I’d like to admit but every time the staff is so awesome. I’ve seen a few V rude customers from time to time. Which is mainly why I’m writing this review. Bc the people that work here are so kind and don’t deserve to be treated that way. Thank y’all for being so awesome and sorry y’all have to deal w/ people like that over TACOS

This Taco Bell was fantastic every time I'm gone. Your customer service could rival Disneyland in magic and kindness. Would highly recommend this facility. I know someone who literally eats here every day (not an exaggeration) and they keep doing this because they like it. Well done, TB.

I know those employees I'm going to write about, so it's totally unbiased. Because of the name on the receipt, Jeremy G was so refreshing for my customer service experience. Very friendly greeting in the menu, repeated my order and wished me a safe night while leaving. Seriously so rare to see such a sweet soul that serves at any fast food. I asked for no tomatoes and my order was wrong, so I went through the drive again. This usually happens almost every time I order something without tomatoes in a particular place, so I don't sweat it. He was more than accommodating, checking if I needed extra sauce and wanted to compensate me with a free treat. I refused politely, so he gave me a voucher for my next visit. The food was not only made right, but with care and was extra delicious!!! Jeremy really blessed my night by having the courage to be friendly despite all the fast food workers who do not worry at all. Now I will come out of the way just to make sure that I receive excellent service and a proper order with delicious food. I suppose they pay Jeremy well, no less give em' all raises!!! Win me the belief in Fast Food customer service again

This location is characterized by customer service and the food tastes great. There was a problem with my order and it was immediately determined by expected standards. I would definitely recommend and return to this place. The manager who was on layer that my order was fixed to 3/29 at about 3 p.m. was very friendly and helpful. 10/10!
