Tacos La Carreta Asadero - Houston

This restaurant is a hidden gem—a cozy little spot that might be easy to overlook. I highly recommend trying the tostadas, but make sure to request them on a regular-sized tortilla instead of the smaller ones; they're absolutely delicious. The beef soup and pozole are also excellent!

The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and truly enjoyable. The red sauce had a bit of a kick, but the green sauce was delightful. The tacos and torta were fantastic, and the quesadilla was exceptional. The burrito was served unrolled, making it a bit messy, but it was still very tasty. The staff at the counter were friendly. Although it's a small spot in a strip mall, there was still a decent amount of parking available.

The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The tacos are excellent, and the service is fantastic. Keep up the great work!

The prices range from $8 to $15 per person, and the food is very authentic. We weren't offered any spicy options, but the dishes were delicious. I felt that a few items could use a bit more flavor, but overall, it was definitely satisfying.
