Taqueria Arandas - Houston

In my previous review, I rated it 4 stars due to slow service, but it has improved. The grilled food was great, although the Menudo was too fatty and too spicy for my taste. Other than that, everything was okay.

The beef fajita used in the tacos was perfectly seasoned. My torta and tacos were incredibly delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the green salsa. I visited the restaurant at 7:00 PM, and it was very clean. It may need some renovations, but the cleanliness was a big plus for me, as I tend to avoid restaurants that smell or look dirty. I sincerely hope that the next time I visit, I won’t be disappointed. It’s frustrating when I find a place I love, only to see changes in the food or atmosphere later on. Please don’t change!

I really enjoyed the food! I ordered the Alambre Gringo and the portion size was excellent—I even had to take some home.

Her agua de melon is delicious and I love her tostadas. The red salsa is good, but many people like the green more. If you are in the mood for sweet bread they always have something.

For the price. As good as it gets.
