I stopped by the one on Durham and Inker for lunch. It is a cozy little set up. It has a nice shaded deck outside with a couple TV's to watch while you eat. It is a burrito/bowl type bar where you are able to pick what you want. It has the typical options that come with burritos or bowls. One thing that did stand out was that I could pick califlower rice. A little extra charge but it is nice that I was able to pick that option. I went with the bowl. Grilled chicken for the protein and a half dozen other ingredients. I think where they stand out is there salsas. I choose the spicy avocado and the habanero salsa. Both were delicious. Friendly service and only cost me $10. Only thing I could want more from them would be the portion in the bowl. I think a larger option for a couple more dollars might make this place a good place to eat for lunch. Not saying I wouldn't go back. If I am looking for a light lunch then I will be going there for sure. If this helps hit the like button. The habanero salsa is very good but it is hot so try it but tread lightly.
We've been eating here for many years, since the original Mission Burrito days. Burrito in a bowl is our go to. Plenty of great options to put in your burrito or bowl and they always seem to come up with more. Love the sauteed spinach and sauteed mushrooms you can add. The serrano ranch dressing is great. Always fast and always fresh. Keep up the great, tasty work.
So good! I come here a lot. The portions of meat are way too small compared to any other restaurant. So just pay for double the meat to get more. This place is still 5 stars. Food is fire.
A co-worker suggested this place, and I was surprised to find out it’s a small chain that I hadn’t heard of before. They have a great deal on Mondays: chicken bowls, salads, or burritos for just $5. I decided to order online to avoid any lunch crowd and parking hassles. It was easy to navigate the menu and customize my order, and it was ready as soon as I arrived—no waiting around. As for the food, I was pleased; it was tasty, though I wouldn’t say it compares to Chipotle. Perhaps the experience would be different if I ate there in person and explored the full menu beyond the $5 Monday special. I can definitely see myself returning!
