Don’t overlook their steak – it’s seriously underrated and a must-try. I’m amazed at the quality of steak they serve here. Whenever I order pho, I go with whatever I’m in the mood for that day, and they always get it right. I love adding glass noodles and spinach with Thai peppers, and you can choose from options like a three-meat special or simple broth with shrimp. The avocado shrimp and mango chicken rolls are hidden gems at Vietopia, and the spicy soft shell or snow crab fried rice adds a zesty kick to your meal—thank me later for that recommendation!
