Feedback gevenI ordered a 4 for 4 they gave me a burned patty and only 4 pieces of nuggets they can say they sit there for hours. I love wendy because everything is always fresh. but unfortunately this is so dissatisfied. others then that everything else was good.
Eat was good, but they don't hear. instead of cutting off someone while telling them their others, wait and listen, then ask. drink them without a threat. Tell them the sauce you want, they give you what they want. by getting up and waiting for your order for 5 minutes and you're the only one in the drive, they always seem to mess up something.
Literally a male hired with a bung tattoos and a child in the lobby 30 minutes before closing, we were the only car that did not take it our order. He saw us, too. Ol-Junge from jack in the box of West-Dallas and then try to get unemployed here. He needs better customer service skills.
Got what I ordered and it was hot. Smooth an efficient operation.What follows has nothing to do with the restaurant. Some of y'all out here waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru. Idling your cars, running the AC. Y'all acting like gas is free instead of 5. Park, go inside, enjoy the AC. Leave the drive thru for people who can't park, like people with small kids or a dog.
Had to stop for a quick bite to eat, got the biggie bag, not very impressed I know it’s just Wendy’s but the portions are getting smaller as is the quality. The fries were cold and soggy, the chicken nuggets, were really dry, I think the burger was the only thing with flavor but it really only tasted like condiments.
