Zanti Cucina Italiana River Oaks

The food was just average. The squid ink pasta was lacking in flavor. The service was quite slow as well; I had to search for someone on two occasions just to get bread and then to ask for the check.

Wish I had come here sooner! Exceeded expectations on all levels!!!

The staff was very sweet and understanding. My party was late but they were checking on me since I was still alone and didn’t rush us when my guest arrived. They made my birthday dinner feel special

Service was great! Our waitor was efficient and attentive. We got the lobster pasta, ribeye and side of Brussels sprouts. The lobster pasta was thick and creamy. If it came out hot it would have been perfect. The lobster was perfectly cooked. As for the ribeye… probably shouldn’t have gotten steak at an Italian restaurant. medium well steak was dry and flavorless. The Brussels sprouts stole the show. Maybe some of the best I’ve ever had.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Zanti to start the new year. The ambiance, setting, and food were all delightful. I managed to secure a table within an hour and was seated immediately upon checking in with the hostess. I definitely plan to return before the end of the year and will make my reservation in the same way as my first visit.
