Beautiful, modern decor. friendly staff. a reasonable selection of drinks for a weinbar but not a very extensive wine list.

I've visited this place a few times, and I really enjoy the lovely, relaxed atmosphere. They make an excellent flat white, and the breakfast pancake is massive! The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. After they recently started opening later to serve curries, I had to give them a try, and the meal was fantastic. The flavors were well-balanced, it wasn't too greasy, and the portion sizes were generous. Their wine list is extensive, featuring local wines available by the glass or bottle, and the cocktail menu includes some classic favorites. If you're in the area, I would highly recommend stopping by!

The food and cocktails were absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and crafted cocktails tailored to our individual tastes. I'm looking forward to coming back soon!

We have visited Hixon Green several times, and although their meal prices are higher than average, the quality and portion sizes are worth it! They offer a wide selection of teas, and the service is fast from the moment you order to when the food arrives at your table. It's a fantastic spot for brunch!

Tasty food and good quality nice portion friendly staff. All coming from management system specially their very good manager. Carpark next to the restaurant is available and very cheap. As this is a very warm and pleasant environment which you can have good time together with your friends and family. For having a meal or drink. Quality of products are good, they have very friendly and knowledgeable staff so this is the reason you can high quality food and drink. I strongly recommend to use their services. All tourists and Brighton visitors should not miss this lovely cousin restaurant %100.
