Feedback gevenI only received half of my order and half of someone else's order at the restaurant. I tried to request a correction through the app, but by the time I did, it was too late. The only resolution offered was a refund within 7-10 days or Door Dash credits.
The hashbrowns were overly oily, but everything else was satisfactory. However, I opted for the additional $2.99 for direct delivery, and not only did it take at least 10 minutes longer than originally estimated, I could see on the map that the delivery driver did not take a direct route to me. As a result, I will not be spending money on that feature again.
Both Sausage Burritos were over cooked dried out and the tortillas were rock hard
My meal was served hot and my order was accurate!
My nuggets was cold fries was stale
