The Barnes Wallis Inn - Howden

We started off with a great pint at the pub when we arrived from the train, and the food options looked good. However, when we returned at 9:30 a.m., we were disappointed to find that they had closed an hour and a half early. This ruined what was otherwise a fantastic afternoon in Howden, as we had to wait for our train at the station for 90 minutes in the dark.

I highly recommend the delicious large Yorkshire pudding and fried meat at this restaurant in the evening.

Thank you so much for hosting us tonight from the MGCC East Yorkshire Club. The food was incredible and we highly recommend it.

Beautiful little pub, eating is the best, it is a great can be closing in a house made.
