Boston Market - Howell

If you're looking for food that tastes frozen, this is the place to go. The area behind the counter is consistently dirty, the cornbread is extremely hard, and all the vegetables taste like they've been freezer burnt. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother coming here. Food: 1/5

This review is about the waitress who is not doing her job correctly, not the hardworking guy who is always busy. I feel sorry for him. We placed our order and four people were served, ate, and left before us. We were just left waiting. The service was absolutely terrible. They should serve customers in the order they arrive, not like this. I give two stars only for the food quality.

This was the worst meal I've ever had. I ordered a chicken pot pie and the top crust was basically just tasteless flour and water, it lifted right off the dish. The filling was dried out chicken with only 2 pieces of potatoes and a few peas, no sauce or gravy at all. It was completely inedible. I definitely will not be returning. I only gave it 1 star because I had to give it something.

Food was horrible. Chicken was dry and hard in my pot pie. Crust was just baked tasteless crust stuck on top. No gravy or sauce inside. Totally sucked. Won’t go again.

Newly reopened, we tried Boston market this past Friday night, and we’re greatly disappointed. Cesar salad had old lettuce near bottom, with stale croutons, and chicken was undercooked, enough to get me sick. We are living in this area 15 yrs, and ate here years ago. I’m a one and done kind of consumer, just giving my experience
