Boston Market - Howell

Eating and service is great and the manager is very courteous. but the place is freezing...for the last 2 weeks .no heat cannot sit there and eat. mgr said it was broken thermostat. Why didn't this company fix it? Why? And no personal?

That was my first time, and it was soouo good. will go back definitiw. eating is amazing.

Was not happy with this visit was very small not much meat

Love Boston Chicken, the District Manager and new Manager of the store bend over backwards to please you. The food is always fresh and the prices competitive. Another counter person would be a great help until the night people come in. Their two-for-one deals are the best buy you can get anywhere. Kudos.Steve Cohen

Holiday dinner for six. They are very well understaffed they had the manager and two workers putting the orders together the line moved pretty quick finally 3:30 a third worker came in. One worker was putting orders together for those that wanted just to get a meal and go home but they had the manager and two others putting all the meals together it moved pretty quick
