Culver’s - Howell

They were busy but we'll staffed. The worker were polite and motivated hard working individuals. The food was good!Kid-friendliness: Fabulous kids meals!

Went through the drive-thru tonight. Looked like the runner waited for several orders to be ready before delivering to each of the cars.She was very friendly though. In the meantime while I am waiting for several orders to be prepared, my shake and mixer were last to come out and half melted. Both were soupy messes. I realize they may be understaffed but maybe the delivery timing could be worked on. Also my chicken sandwich was pretty shabby compared to their picture. Bun was soggy, very thin patty, and barely any toppings.

Staff is always super nice and they work hard even when they're super busy

It takes a little bit to get your food but it is all made fresh. Enjoyed the 2 piece cod dinner.

Very disappointed in this Culver's. I have come to this Culver's specifically for a year and a half now at least once a month. I went through the drive thru and my burger was made incorrectly after I double checked the order with the cashier. Wish I could put a 5 star but this incident made this impossible.
