A Cut Niú Pái Guǎn - Hsinchu

Very good experience. A Cut portion is even better than any portion I had before. I wasn't a big fan of Wagyu due to the fat, but A Cut get all the best of Wagyu but not too far. They also offer really nice wine choice. However, I think it would be nicer if can control wine temperature better. The waitress in did serve the wine every time my glass is empty, but there is no one keep wine in ice, so at the end wine is a bit too warm to drink.

Cozy atmosphere and good quality food. I did find it hard to hear the staff due to their masks though.

Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to this amazing restaurant. Five stars for the service: The service is unmatched. Five stars for the food: The food is absolutely amazing and the presentation is a true masterpiece. Five stars for the experience: highly recommend this place over other steakhouses in Taipei. You won’t be disappointed.

Best steakhouse I've ever been to. We had Mayura full blood wagyu ribeye steak from Australia. Really good taste! The waiter who served us is very professional, giving detailed intro to each kind of cuisine. People who has difficulties making decisions could ask them for help. Overall, this is a great steakhouse, highly recommend!
