Los Tachos - Huachuca Terrace

We were visiting Bisbee for the afternoon and stopped here for lunch. I ordered the carne asada nachos supreme without pico de gallo and my husband got the Sonoran enchilada plate. We decided that his enchiladas were really chalupas, but everything was delicious. We're used to Tex-Mex food, but this was authentic Mexican food for sure. I was so pleased that my nachos were not spicy, and the guacamole sauce was very mild. I was very happy about this. It was a good meal for a fair price.
