Feedback gevenGreat mood, good food. We came the day with full moon, a great place to enjoy beach, food, drinks with friends and family. Come on!
It wasn't safe in this place. A little rural, thought it was hit or missed, so I went to Hualien for a while first to eat something and drinks then back to the Shepard bar. You... terrible idea. Bar Shepard is excellent! There are pommes to die and their tea cocktails even better. I'm an American, so I'm like a tea cocktail, Lol, that must be a joke. No joke! Totally excellent! In fact, the only other cocktail I had what I got here was in Taipei near Indulge. And the staff is great. The bartender just scared 16 months and he's great. Don't forget to buy him a shot of Fernet.

One of the best bars ever. Great drinks with a relaxing ocean wave.
Cozy location, can customize cocktail's alcohol strength! Each cocktail comes with a little snack. Staff is friendly and speaks English! I recommend the pineapple cocktail : Each of our drinks were $300.
