The manager on duty was extremely pushy showed no remorse for taking the initiative to cancel my order before I picked it up.Dietary restrictions: The mod cancelled my order I still showed up to get my food.
Terrible service from manager named “Courtney” if that even was her name I drove here to pick up my online order that said it was ready. Her excuse was you ordered 10 mins before it was closed. Lol it’s your job I got there before you closed? Like what?
I was just visiting the westerville location about a couple of months ago and I must say it is the worst Panera Bread location I've ever visite. The floors were filthy. The ceiling and the light fixtures were extremely dusty. The condiments needed to be restocked. Some of the booths needed to be upholstered. Instead of the employees cleaning the restaurant on their downtime, all they did was stand around and talk.
Second time in a row they were out of bread, lettuce, and other ingredients.
