Feedback gevenPulled into this fast food drive through at 9:02. Pulled out at 9:23. Unfortunately, this is common for this location. But most people can only take so much of this. Gave an extra star for the polite staff… But whatever is going on inside this building needs to be corrected. Also, get rid of that awful drive through robot… I’m sure most people would agree what a terrible experience it is ordering from it.
Absolutely awful customer service. I stopped by here on a Saturday morning 2 weeks ago. There was one person in front of me in the drive-thru. She placed her order and went around. I sat at the machine waiting for someone to speak. After about 2-3 minutes (mind you this is FAST food), I got a Hello . Wasn 't a question but a statement. I said Hi in a cheerful voice. After a very audible sigh I got what do you want? . I told her no thanks and left. Never again. If you don 't want to be at work, don 't go. Don 't make me feel crappy because you 're having a bad day.
It's Wendy's food, but don't expect to receive what you ordered. The new robot seems to be more accurate.
Placed order thru kiosk and paid with credit card. Waited forever and asked for money back. They do not give refunds. New management or what is going on? This used to be my goto Wendy's. People working here I have never seen before.
4/28 Edit. Ordered a JBC with no lettuce. They left off the bacon and cheese. The most hit or miss Wendy's in the area. Catch them at the right time and they're the best Wendy's around in terms of quality and service. Otherwise food takes forever, cold/burnt. Prime example. Says on the receipt “no lettuce” but …
