Feedback gevenOrdered in person not on the phone. Staff was helpful and friendly, food was ready quickly in only 5ish minutes from placing our order. Staff get bonus points for adding an extra sauce and undercharging us $5 which I didn't notice until we got home. Wings themselves were good but they lose a whole star for how bad the fries were. Seriously were they just coated in cooking spray and then microwaved for 30 seconds? Would recommend on the whole but skip the fries
Very disappointed. I ordered tons of food from here and came back home with no ranch. not really happy about that.
Customer service is horrible. I came here just tryna grab something quick to eat I live 5 min away. I ordered my order around 8:00pm, on the website it says it would be 16-30 min so I’m like cool. 30 min pass I’m still waiting, a hour pass still waiting, another 30 min pass, i asked the cashier 4 different times after my order was due if it was ready, she kept saying “they still making it” for almost 2 hours tho?? They don’t make no sense. why not double check or go into the back after seeing me sit here this long and come in before several customers you’ve already served who clearly ordered after me. I asked for a refund and it wasn’t no “sorry for the wait” no type of hospitality whatsoever, if any thing they was acting like I was getting on they nerves for asking for a refund, I wasn’t being rude when I should have and they act like I said something crazy. Not the first time something like this has happened there I will never be back the one on Morse is better anyway.

The black bearded guy at the counter is rude. I’m the photo you see feathers hair all on the wings. This is what I saw when I opened my to go container which tells me they saw it too when they put it in there. And in my daughter’s box she only received 9 out the 10 pc I ordered for her and they too had feathers.Food was good and hot. I don’t blame them for the long wait time, it’s holiday season so no blame there it’s to be expected we have to be patient. Just give us a better experience of service and no feathers.
