Dunkin' - Hudson

It looks like a lot of things have changed in the past few years because this dunkins has been my favourite since I moved up here. The workers are incredibly nice to both walk in and mobile ordering customers, and the only time I've had problems with the contents of my order are when I ordered online and they didn't have an item. The food is great and is the best quality I've had from a dunkins in this area.

Placed a mobile order at 10:18 arrived about 5 min later to a drive thru line out in the street. Figured I would park and run in to get my mobile order. Door is blocked so no one could go in. So I got in the drive thru line and 15 minutes later I got my order. No need of not allowing mobile orders to enter the lobby to pick up an order.

This Dunkin is in a Sunoco station and the staff is absolutely exceptional!!

Everyone working here looks absolutely miserable. I walked out so upset I was waiting for my mobile ordered and the lady was putting my order on the counter not my fault she struggled with how to put it on the counter. She had the audacity to walk away and throw her hands up at me because I told her it was my order. I’m sorry but I’m a paying customer you do not throw your hands up at me because you didn’t know how to place my order on the counter for me to pick up. Coffee and food great but won’t come back here until they all get new attitudes especially the one who handed me my order roughly and threw her hands up at me.

Yes there is no drive thru but they always make my coffee perfectly. 10/10 love this
