When I reached the counter, they also forgot to add whipped cream to both of my frozen coffees and overlooked a mini bagel I had ordered. After another 10 minutes, I finally received the mini bagel along with the whipped cream. The staff is incredibly rude as well. A few weeks ago, I ordered an iced cold brew with cold foam, and the employee asked if I wanted it iced and then questioned whether the cold foam actually has foam. Yet, they still served it to me without any foam. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would.

To say the staff was argumentative would be an understatement. While they were fixing the issue, they spoke loudly to each other about me so that I could hear their comments. When I took the bag, I expressed that I had never been treated or spoken about like that in this restaurant and suggested they could benefit from a little kindness, as it really goes a long way. In response, one of the employees told me to stop being a "Karen." Clearly, customer service and basic manners are not their strong points. I won't be returning.

This location is truly disappointing. The coffee is consistently burnt, the staff are often unfriendly, and you can expect to wait at least 20 minutes in the drive-thru, regardless of whether there's a line or not.

I ordered Dunkin' this morning, and they first forgot two of our food items. To make matters worse, the worker seemed like they were either hungover or under the influence. When we finally received our food, the avocado toast wasn’t even toasted! The service was really disappointing!

The only redeeming quality is the coffee. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing, as there were flies and bugs in the containers where the donuts are kept. If the donuts have flies on them, I can’t trust the food quality.
