Paddy Ryan's Irish Restaurant - Hudson

We visited paddy ryan three times in 2021, and each time was excellent. we have enjoyed the Irish stew, seafood cahowder, jameson medaillen, fish and chips, and for dessert, the sticky taffe pudding. during our current visit four days ago the dinge were different. no stew and no chowder, even if the menu on its website publishes it as available. the online menu has also listed signature dishes, while the in-restaurant menu contains only a shortened list of entries. we ordered the Irish rolls, the black and tan tweebel rings, and fish and chips. each of them was in order, but they did not impress as our previous visits. for this, however, a dessert of the sticky toffee pudding would arise. unfortunately we were informed that no desserts were offered. what a farewell. that and the guinness that were not on hahn made a disappointing evening. as our previous visits were excellent, we look forward to another visit, later this year.

Eating was not good, especially for the high prices. the appetizers are sucked. thought the turkey sandwich would be like a melt, nope just a cold deli sandwich with hard brot that they didn't even put aioli on it. the fishmeal was two pieces fish without taste a small part of the frits $17. very disappointing overall and much too expensive. I usually do not leave any reviews, but that was necessary. our waitress also told us that it was their first day, the bartender first day, and the cook first day... it was all unfortunately obvious. on the plus side staff was nice building is beautiful.

Cocktails just as eating smells so great, we ate before posting! Delicious, if I could give 10 stars, I would! boxty with braided bark and bar pasty to start both the top notch and the irish sausage rolls! I can't wait to come back! also the owner is so great and personal!

Great food! great service! I have seen a support that is very underestimated and I fully agree! we'll come back here, I'm sure.
