Crème Brûlée Hudson

Not speaking here about breakfast or lunch, the ambiance or the service. This review is about dinner. Quality of food, the preparation and presentation were outstanding. The plates are rimmed with saffron. Yes, you read that right. The chef knows what he is doing. First quality ingredients. Braised salmon, beef. Stracciatella soup like your Oma made. The real deal.

If there was anything less than a star, this place would definitely be worthy of it. Coffee; burnt, acid, cheap, and even the milk took 15 minutes to be served for the coffee and the second round took us to go grab it from just behind the counter. Eggs; fried with the cheapest smelly oil. Made me gag! We sat on a table that still had crumbs on it and still the owner didn't even bother to clean it again. The place was dirty. The food was not good. Potato's were undercooked. And on top. It was expensive! What a waste of money.

Great Place for coffee, breakfast, lunch, supper. Just about anything. Relaxed athmosphere with lots of options for casual or a special occasion. Lots of pastries and good coffee and the food is amazing. Milad is an excellent cook and makes everything from scratch. It really is a treasure in Hudson!
