We were now the third time with the whole family (11 adults and 8 children) on the evening of the first Christmas day to eat buffet. The reception was very warm. The soup was served at the table in Terrinen. Our board was very long, so you used three terrins. The food was unfortunately only average, for people who were here for the third time, it was the third time behind itself the same food. And what has upset us most, most foods were lukewarm or cold. Then we went to a waitress, she said she would give it to the kitchen. In any case, we will no longer return there because the price of performance here is simply not correct.

Exceptionally well-run hotel. I'm professional at another hotel in Germany every day. Often there are houses where everything goes perfectly. Here the very motivated and friendly staff is very well managed. Despite great application and stress, people in the restaurant are always friendly and helpful. The food is always freshly cooked. They even brought the salad into my room. I would never have expected such a conversation despite the full restaurant. Also the spa is clean, comfortable, simple from the finest. Here the opening hours are very good. Of course, everything costs money, I'm aware of it, but only that's why I'm going to this hotel more often. For these reasons, I will definitely book this hotel 6x next year. I will also book the hotel because of the sauna offer, even if I have to drive extra larger Km-Bogen. Thank you for this in Germany.

A beautiful hotel on the mountain overlooking the valley. The small room with a balcony was cozy. The stairs are a little problematic with suitcases. Breakfast was delicious as dinner. Were eating here with reservation was really good, we were asked to end if there were still interest in desserts we were chasing. You pass on the information that seems to have happened. But the waiter, who wanted to take up our dessert, told us that it would only be prepared. When we met the waitress who wanted to pass the info private, she told us that the info arrived in the kitchen and was even a little surprised at the unprofessionality of the waiter and the kitchen in this case, she apologized for this incident.
