Feedback gevenI attempted to place an order and clearly stated what I wanted, but they kept asking if I wanted fries or tots. I repeated my order, but they didn't read it back to me. After waiting 20 minutes for someone or something to happen, I decided never to eat here again. The service was terrible, the atmosphere was lacking, and, ultimately, you can't eat invisible food. Overall, I would rate it: Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
This restaurant has gone through numerous owners and managers, which is quite surprising. However, recently, they have truly stepped up their game, and I hope this continues. I've always thought about investing in a Sonic for this reason, and I really hope they maintain their fresh food and excellent service. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
A few years ago, I posted a negative review, but after returning to Sonic recently, I've had a much better experience. I felt it was time to update my review to reflect the positive changes. I'm glad to see them improving. Keep up the excellent work! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Does this franchise owner read reviews? Everytime I’ve came here I’ve ordered off the app. Everytime I check in, they quickly have it go through the process on the screen-order-in the kitchen- out for delivery, goes quick but I still wait an ADDITIONAL 5-7mins after it’s cleared my screen. Like I’ve received my order. They do this to make it look like they are getting through the orders quickly and not. Cheating the system. You desperately need to secret shop your own franchise if you aren’t believing these reviews. Service: 1
