Traveling through, around lunch time we often look for out of the way, hole in the wall, type establishments, as that’s usually where you find the best food. Acosta’s Nieto’s Cafe did not disappoint! Being from Texas, we had to ask if they had salsa that was hotter and what our waiter brought us was super good! We had the tacos de pastor, and tacos parrilla. Both excellent! If I ever pass through Hugoton again I hope it’s at lunch time, because I would for sure stop again!
