Need to do some staff training or recruit competent staff. Manager dodnt have a clue what was going on, service was horrendous. 3 tables in and we waited 45 mins for lunch whilst the manager who was on shift sat and had his before serving paying customers! The place will be closed within 6months through lack of enthusiasm, training and poor turnover!!
The restaurant was empty yet service was very slow. Under the fish was like mush the starters was lovely but let down by the main.
Pre booked a table and placed outside the disabled toilet. View of people going in and coming out and the door did not close properly. Asked to move, which they did. Ordered food and portions smaller than previous visit. Asked 3 different staff for a desert menu and no one came back with one. Table next to us ordered a desert after also asking several times, and then eventually cancelled order as told their desert had not been put through. They left. Asked again for a desert menu and nobody came back. Ordered a drink (vodka, Diet Coke) as finished bottle of wine and given vodka coke. Type 1 diabetic and had to take to the bar and request another. Staff were told T1 when ordered drink. Service was shocking! It wasn’t busy as lots of tables empty. Removed the cost of drink from bill. Really disappointed, especially after our last visit. Unlikely to return.
Myself and my partner came here for an early valentines Meal. The food and service were excellent. Have also recommended Eden to friends to go along and try it. Will definitely be back thank you
