Kfc Hull Jameson Street

The food itself is 5/5. As someone who worked in Fast Food, I can use the staff who seem to try their hardest and who definitely does not deserve, each of the rude customers and delivery drivers that they subject. Anyone who owns the store (i.e. the Franchisee, if there is one), should really spend much more effort in transforming this store into a showpiece and model example by working the staff a brighter atmosphere and doing more support, an increasingly difficult work.

Has had a strange experience regarding a delivery order from here that never showed up. An employee was apologetic and very helpful to deal with it as well as she could. We chose a pickup instead of a lot of chaos. I know the delivery is not really part KFC itself, but this staff was really helpful, unfortunately I did not get their name, but she needs some recognition that the service we received was great and a positive experience overall, thank you staff at KFC.

I went there when my son liked the fried chicken, and then I ordered boneless fried chicken to eat. However, you have no service for a table; they only call your number and collect it at the switch. The fried chicken was darker than it should look like fried with old oil

The restaurant was dirty about the belief that staff needed unambiguous training in customer service, how rude and unhelpful were when it comes to demanding something as simple as straw with our meals, which should be given as standard. Only the redeeming feature was the food, but this is not exactly a hard sale, as it is a KFC.

First impression was that the place was dirty when we went in. It did not look like it had been cleaned all day (was about 5pm). We ordered several meals as we were a group of 5 adults and 4 children. When we got back to our hotel, our order was incomplete.
