Botica Lobby Wyndham Palmas - Humacao

The New Year's Eve event was poorly organized. The hotel’s check-in desk lacked sufficient staff to handle the large crowd efficiently. After checking in, we were directed to another check-in area outside the ballroom. We were supposed to be seated with the Palmas Ladies Community Club (PLCC) members, but our seats were occupied by others, and we ended up at a different table on the opposite side of the ballroom. The buffet dinner was enjoyable, but I wish it had remained open longer. By the time guests were seated and navigated the long line for the buffet, there was hardly any time left for coffee and dessert before it closed. I have attended other events at the hotel that were much better organized than this one on New Year’s Eve 2023.
