Firehouse Subs Atascocita - Humble

Very disappointed in the service. My wife and I love fireworks. But there is no proximity. If we go to one, it's always a treat. But unfortunately not this time. It took 30 minutes to get two sandwiches, although there was no one there when we arrived.

Ordered 2 sub-combos, not too much. There were 2 employees. It was obvious that they were short employees, but did not provide any explanation or excuse for the 30-minute waiting period. The Re were several people waiting in the dining area. You had ordered pizza from next door and ate in the Firehouse. I get short staff, but at least let your customers know and show some modicum of concern.

It 's amazing how poor customer service will affect your view of a place. I use to go here all the time as it was the only place I can get a cheesy british style sandwich. We went the evening of 4-21 and came to the counter across from the young lady and said hello and was ignored. We stood in there for 5min with no just a moment hello may I help you nothing just bad attitudes. Another customer came in she looked past us and ask if they needed help. We walked out the door and went to Pot Belly for the first time. They were the complete opposite. I will not br going back to firehouse anymore as there are at least 4 other sandwich shops within 0.5mi of firehouse. Something I would not have known if not for the terrible service of firehouse subs. So they get 1 star for opening my eyes to the other sandwich shop options that are less money, better service, and great menu 's.

At 630 a.m. it said it was 15 minutes. no problem until 704pm still waiting and I was told it will be another 10 minutes. I saw how about 10 other people came after us, waited and left after they were not even greeted by the staff. It took a few to get the Francise owners name and phone number and got no answer. And when I wanted the refund, the staff tried to change me by not even refunding the exact amount. I got my full refund, but I didn't even have to complain about it,

Slow service. The Steak n-Käse-Sub for the first time expects fresh steak with hot vegetables and cheese and received a cold Soggy-Brot version.
