Whataburger - Humble

Even when I'm the only one in the drive-thru lane, this restaurant often has a waiting time that I find excessive. When I finally reach the pickup window, I'm asked what I ordered!

I’m from the Northeast, where Whataburger isn’t available. Although they are a fast food burger chain, I believe they offer a higher quality product than their competitors, Burger King and McDonald's. The service is consistently excellent, and they’ve gotten our order correct every time. For me, they are the best in their class!

I wouldn't say that I visit this Whataburger regularly, but I do place orders from there fairly often. I placed a curbside order at 8:00 for pickup at 8:15 and arrived at 8:14. I waited until 8:37, at which point I went inside to ask the girl at the counter how much longer it would take for my food. There was a long line, and it was really busy, so I understood that some wait time was expected. However, the girl at the counter seemed overwhelmed and had little help. When she went to check on my order, she had to retrieve the bag from a manager who said it had already been prepared. I think the manager could have been a bit more polite and attentive regarding my order. When I finally received my food, it was cold, but I only realized it once I was back in my car, and I didn't want to deal with a rather rude manager, so I decided not to go back in. On the plus side, the girl who prepared our drinks and the one at the counter were very nice. Overall, though, the management needs improvement. Every other time I've been there, the food and service have been excellent.

My husband got the number one and of course it was great as usual. I got the garden salad with grilled chicken and it was so good. This location is really clean, and the lady that took our order is the nicest person in there. Even though they're allnice she was awesome. I recommend this Whataburger

First time having Whataburger on a weekend trip to TX. The burgers were delicious! Huge, flavorful and awesome. The fries were good, nothing special. Service at this location was friendly and fast, given the late night rush.
