Wendy's - Hummelstown

Dining room was closed...at 7pm. Luckily, McDonald's is just next door, so we were able to eat...but Wendy's lost the sale.

Stopped in with my dad and friends the other nite. This store is the cleanest wendys I have ever seen. Wonderful customer service. Wish more of wendys took care of their store like this one.

Pulled up at 7:40 am. Doors were locked. Drive thru was turned off. Lights were on and employees clearly there. They just don't care. No wonder they got shut down for cockroaches.

Ordered from a delivery app a few times in a row because the restaurant doesn’t have most of their items… Seems like place isn’t Supervised well and makes too many mistakes. Lacks attention to details, also orders being handed to wrong people. I asked the delivery drivers. Constant errors and continuous patterns. Something should be done.

Worst Wendy’s ever ordered three bacon cheeseburgers got no bacon. Cheeseburgers were so dry and cold. Kids wouldn’t even eat them and I about choked nastiest place.
