La Crama - Hunedoara

We have just asked after the meeting whether the food will be very long and we were sure that this will not be the case. In fact, the first courses came very fast, but the net lasted over an hour. We had 3 servers (for a group of 5), so we were not sure who we were asking about the food. When we asked one of the waiters, he seemed oblivious that we were waiting. No excuses for eating so late, no update to the last remaining meal (a pizza for the only child in the group). When I left and asked what happened to the pizza, they only said it was on the way. So the last court came about 6 minutes after the rest of the main, without heads up or explanation. The food was average, so if you take care of your money, please avoid.

I've never been so angry and so disgusted by a waiter's behavior. we were there 3 couples, 2 of them with children (1 under one year old, the other that was our 1 year and 4 months, so you can not ask too much of a child at that age). Remember around us there were at least 4-5 children their age and little bigger. The children at the next table were already eating and my daughter, who is a food lover, waited for a while for her food, the water came first with the cutlery, and she noticed her, and because she knew what they were used for after several minutes, she started crying. (not tantrum, only cry and not very loud) when the waiter came, he stopped like 2-3 m from us with our food, looked at them and said another reason for me not having children. What? What do you have to do with a TABLE of PARENTEN??? What did you do to me? I couldn't believe my ears. I mean, I'm not worried about the waiter's life choices I'm not here to give two pennies on it. We just wanted to eat, but never again. I'm disgusting. I sent a message on her Facebook page and asked to talk to a manager about it, she opened the message and totally ignored me. They had their chance, so I guess now I'll leave you guys about it now, you won't receive it with kids.

Went in august 2020 , the waiter told us she allready has 20 customers (half the restaurant was empty and wont serve us . Using the tone of a very busy person who we are keeping from her work she also told us to try the garden/terrace . Rude , unfriendly , not a good place , in fact the deny you service if the are half full .

The service is awful. At least 20 min waited for the menius and there weren't any clients when I arrived. For a soup i've waited almost an hour. I think that they are putting delivery orders before the orders in the restaurant as I saw food comming out from the kitchen but not directed to the tables.

I recommend this restaurant. I was in large numbers of people (40) to eat and we were all very satisfied. Very delicious food, generous portions, the best price for money in the area and service with commitment and soul. Respect for the administrator and waiters!
