Ming Garden - Huntersville

I ordered the chicken chow mein lunch special and it was a disappointment. There were no noodles in my meal, and after checking the rest of their lunch menu, I'm not even sure if they gave me the correct dish. The mixture of celery, cabbage, onion, and chicken was in a strange liquid consistency that was unappetizing. The dish lacked any flavor, making it difficult to enjoy. Fortunately, I do not live in Charlotte so I won't be returning to this restaurant. The fortune cookies and egg roll were the only decent parts of the meal.

I am extremely disappointed with Ming Garden. This is not the first time they have missed items from our order, but this time was the last straw. We have been loyal customers since they opened, but after ordering through Ubereats and receiving a meal missing, we were met with rude managers who were unable to rectify the situation. We placed another order for the missing meal but are now waiting an additional 40 minutes for our dinner. We had to pay extra fees for another driver to deliver our meal, and Ming Garden did not even apologize for the inconvenience. It's a shame that a small business we have supported for so long would treat us this way. This will be the last time we order from Ming Garden.

The food at this restaurant is of good quality, unlike other places where the chicken is tough to chew. Here, the chicken was delicious and I enjoyed every bite. I highly recommend it.

I ordered shrimps and broccoli, vegatable lo mien and 2 spring rolls. I was told $26.00 about the phone. When I picked up my food, I was charged $31,00 the shrimps and broccoli came in a small container and the food was dissected. I'll never order them again.

Always hot and fresh, but repeatedly my order arrives without the requested broccoli added to it. The photo of that dish shows broccoli and it should include it every single time without exception. On my last order, I specifically requested it but did not receive it.
