Feedback gevenI buy here all the time and there has been some issues, however I’ve learned that when the store can’t pick up the call center does and they are HORRIBLE! Customer service in the location is way better but I highly recommend driving to Pizza Hut, they are EXTREMELY short staffed yet the quality of my pizza is very rarely affected by that major issue. Order carry out and try to understand that staffing across the US is short.
Here's sux! I always loved pizza hat. we ordered 3 large spezialpizzen and 3 broth sticks, 45 minutes later we got our pizza, tasted like raw and so also called the broth sticks. and demanded a new pizza, took 10 minutes for the manager on the phone, she was rude, asked if the pizza was eaten, the driver had to bring it back. 45mins later we got the new order, it was more teig than the first!. I give up!
It took 2 hours to get our food. When I called after an hour and the tracker still said that the order was received, but had not been moved to be done, the lady acted as if she was upset that I called to check after only one hour. 1 hour later we finally get our food and (surprise) it is cold and not even the way we ordered it. Back to Dominos, where the pizza is made right to order and is delivered in a reasonable 20 30 minutes time frame.
I have always liked pizza hat, but whenever I have ordered at this, it always takes 30-40m to eat something as they say. last night I ordered food and they said the waiting period was 60-70m, but it took almost 2 hours before my food was ready. when I got my food, I didn't just get what I ordered, but the pizza was also cold. nothing against pizza hat, but I wouldn't recommend ordering this place. there are so many better pizza shops in the opposite.
I will never understand bad customer service, so I have an online order for pizza and it was over 1 hour, so I decided to call and change to execute it, they said, okay, good I came here clear I forgot my wallet and the lady at the front rudely said she needed my card infos all again, her name is Olivia. I asked you not to accuse me when I placed it online, she said no and I said well, I have all my information for my card can I give you that? She said no how I wanted to leave the guy, said yes, you can pay without your card. So he gave it manually in I got my pizza to see that it was the wrong, so again waited few minutes only for them to remake it, then they FORGOT my order in and said another 8 min, not even twice she messed up!!! Where is the General Manager at this point?????
