Shake Shack First National Building Downtown Detroit

Planned ahead to stop at a Shake Shake on my road trip. I even downloaded app and ordered from the app. I liked the smooth way their app works. Was unable to find the doggy bag o bones. But when I picked up my order they did have those treats. Funny they are by BOCCE ... my little dogs favorite treats. I'm mostly vegetarian so I got the Portobello burger and added avocado. It was delicious. Shroom is breaded and crispy with yummy taste treat. Hope they bring these to Tallahassee FL. Pricey but great. At this location super efficient fast and personable staff. All good.

The food here is worth the hype. The self service ordering when you are right next to the counter is a slightly odd experience. I mean you can see the people that are getting the orders. The staff is friendly and efficient. The restaurant is clean and bright. My experience was pleasant.

Nice and chill spot. Outdoor seating was a little tight. Refreshing OMB Craft Beer on a nice sunny day. Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was good, spicy and moist The Burger was on point.... that lil bit of char on the patty makes it that much better as you dip it in that sweet ketchup....C'mon Now!!! Great Staff and service Buffalo Fries were decent I'll Definitely Be Going Back for a quick lunch..... Pssst it's also next to the golf course...

High-quality ingredients and it's obvious in the taste. However, you do pay for it... about 15 bucks for a single party burger, fries, and a large drink. Treat yourself! And you may as well pick up a shake.

This was our delivery from DoorDash. The chicken sandwich had a bite taken out of it, it look like somebody ate it, and it was overprocessed and raw in the middle, the fries were so very small and undercooked and raw, the milkshake, when delivered was chocolate milk, it did not look like what it was on the DoorDash website. It is deplorable that those who came out of their kitchen. Spoiled lettuce and presentation of spoiled food, absolutely disgusting and I would not eat there ever., We did report to DoorDash to.
