Sushi Star - Huntersville

Best sushi in town. Been going there since they opened. They really do treat us like family. When my daughter visits from out of town this is her favorite spot to go. We've gone other places and the sushi seems all the same, it's the people that make a difference. Jenny and Sonny are the best! Tell them Maddi sent you.

Sushi star has hands down the best hibachi around at a great price. I live in Mooresville but regularly make my way into Charlotte for work and will go out of my way to stop here for lunch. The sushi is also excellent if that’s more of your thing. Give them a try you won’t regret it.

Hawaiian family making Charlotte home. We are happy to have found this gem in Cornelius. The sushi is so delicious! We had the New York New York, Huntersville, North Carolina, Rainbow, and Spicy Roll. Added this place to our favorites, and will definitely be returning customers.
