Fenstanton Delight - Huntingdonshire

There was a mouldy nan and then when we contacted fenstanton delight to inform them of this distasteful issue they responded by saying that’s impossible and that we are incorrect. The man then had the audacity to question our intelligence and finally put the phone...down. I am truly disgusted by their awful customer service and mouldy food. They didn’t even offer a refund or replacement , so I would recommend if you enjoy mouldy food.

Food is nice. portions are good sizes. Food has flavour and lots on offer. They also offer delivery Reasonably priced

Stayed in Fen Drayton recently and was recommended the above for delivery to the B&B, food delivery prompt and food hot and of good quality, but beware portions huge, go significantly smaller than your normal.....

Can not beat the local fenny d. large phone service, very friendly and eat is cooked properly and freshly. can't blame her.

This place is also known as Ketch on their menu so this tripadvisor needs updating. Anyway, we have ordered a few times and we have always enjoyed it the guy on the end of the phone has always been lovely. However, halfway through...eating my kebab tonight I found some raw chicken it had definitely been on the grill however it definitely was not cooked (see picture). I contacted the company who said they would send another one out. I waited around an hour and had not heard and I was about to ring them up again to ask for a refund instead as firstly, I was full and secondly slightly put off at the thought that I might get ill! Shortly after the delivery driver arrived who had my replacement. I explained to him that I’d rather have a refund now as it had been so long he explained that he was unable to do this, to contact the shop and handed me my food. On contacting the shop they were very rude and did not believe me that my chicken was raw. They said that “they would give me a refund if none of the replacement was touched” as if they didn’t believe me that I was telling the truth and ended the call abruptly. We have ordered from there several times but their stinking attitude and failure to accept responsibility has lost our custom.
