I ordered a pizza for delivery when I opened the box it looked like it was under a heat lamp for the last 2 hours dry and hard!
Absolutely GARBAGE customer service!! I tried multiple times to order in the app and it kept saying I had to call. The attempts were showing up on my bank account as pending so I called the bank to see what was going on and they said they were approvingthe charge but dominos was sending it back. So i called the store for assistance. The person I spoke with said I had to eitherorder over the phone (which I wouldn?t earn points on my dominos account for) or I had to use another card. I asked to speak tothe manager to see if they would be willing to assist me and the person on the phone said they were the manager. COMPLETELYunwilling to help whatsoever. I would rather order from a different location than ever give this location another dollar. Not tomention, they had me on hold for 5 minutes immediately when I called and then came back on the phone for a second and said tohold longer. 10 minutes on hold?? Ridiculous
The homie Cesar, the manager, is always helpful, kind, it seems like a good boss as well. Viv Aldo Hector are great too.
The pizza is always really good. Could have a little more toppings so the entire pizza gets something on it. As for the chicken wings, way too wet with the sauce and the meat is not cooked enough. Very fatty chicken skin not cooked enough is not a pleasanttaste or texture in your mouth. Second time trying the wings. Will not purchase them again. But no where else makes a thincrust pizza better than Domino's.
