Needed sports on TV, a few beers and some greasy bar food. This place checked all the boxes and then some. Not only did they have my favorite seltzer (Brewery X Huckleberry) but found they had a Juicy Lucy burger. First time I 've seen that outside of Minnesota! Rudy the bartender was awesome to chat with and the off-duty Kylie who I sat next to at the bar was super friendly too. Looks like I 've found my go-to on Monday nights when the son is at Boy Scouts. 5/5 would recommend!
Great food Brandon is a great bartender and Katie was a great server They have awesome daily specials I definitely recommend this place
Havent been here in a couple years so gave it another try. Still the same, bar chairs in bad shape but still held us OK (need some upholstery badly) The burgers were really good, home made chips also pretty good and glad they were not salted as that would not helped, they were nice and crispy) The brews were also ice cold. Glad the TV's were not loud, as the place was pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon and noisy enough to be pleasant. THE ONLY GRIPE...the BAR TOP needs to be SERIOUSLY WIPED DOWN! My wife used 4 sani-wipes and they were all BLACK with grime. Actually hard to see I guess as the wood grain hides alot of soil. DO YOUR SIDE WORK. We'll be back anyway...
We like going to the restaurant to catch various sporting events. The food and service are usually good. Lots of television viewing.
Ordered a juicy Lucy and docking a star because there was hardly any cheese inside the patty. Juicy Lucy should have cheese oozing out...the burger itself was fantastic. The quality of the beef was great. Next time I'll skip the not so juicy(cheesy) Lucy and just order a regular burger medium rare. The shoestring fries were really good as well.
