Feedback gevenWould give negative stars or 0 if possible. The lack of customer service training that the cashier who took my grandmothers order amazes me. She was rude from the start and as my grandma was getting her money to pay she is 80+ so understandably so she takes her time, the cashier seemed to be bothered and rolled her eyes at my grandma for I'm assuming not paying quick enough. Keep in mind no one else was inside the establishment. After my grandmother felt uncomfortable about the whole situation my younger cousin was with her and told me the events that transpired she asked for a refund and just wanted to leave the restaurant. The cashier then has the audacity to throw my grandma the change it wasn't till the point that the manager decided to make her way out. This place is a sorry excuse of a restaurant and should be closed down or at the very least trained in customer service if you think this is an appropriate way to treat customers and elderly customers at that. The cashier put on her sweater to cover her name tag before my cousin could catch her name. PLEASE AVOID THIS POLLO LOCO AT ALL COST!!
Visited the Brookhurst HB location tonight, was expecting shredded beef for your advertised iBerri tacos, but not sure what was in it, but had the same meal in Fallbrook area a few days ago, real shredded meat, hot dipping sauce and $2.00 cheaper in comparison. Lost me as a customer and I live close.
Cooked well but apparently chickens are getting smaller. Also web said curbside available, sign at business says park here for curbside, but email receipt fine print says go into store.
I ordered the leg and thigh special, the main dish was good, but the flour tortillas were like the food of rubber.
For 20 years go to El Pollo loco and certain shops have good food and services and others have not. But I'm El Pollo Loco's biggest fan.. thk u great food.
