Julia from Phans55 was incredibly helpful! We absolutely love the HB location. The pho with filet is outstanding; you can truly taste the love in every dish. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something delicious!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. There's no customer service, and the staff is consistently unfriendly, no matter the time of day. The food is just average, and they seem to have no idea about their own hours. Even if the signage says they’re open, I’ve often found them closed in the middle of the day. Don’t waste your time here; there are better places to spend your money!

I can only assume that the positive reviews here are from those who haven’t experienced authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The Pho was subpar, and on top of that, it was overpriced. There was no comfortable seating, everything was plastic, and I had to ask for basic items like napkins and Sriracha. I left feeling very disappointed; I should have chosen a place in Little Saigon instead.

Tried the calamari yam fries plus taro milk tea loved it. Served fresh and hot, right out :3
